Homeowner Dues Information

Your dues provide for the maintenance and ongoing operations of the community, including street lights, landscape maintenance of common areas, administrative expenses, etc.  All property owners become members of the Tallow Creek Homeowners Association (TCHOA) upon purchase of their lot.

 

Tallow Creek Homeowners Association

is billed on an annual basis in the amount of $275. 

Annual assessments are due before January 31st.
